Adamant Cellars specializes in red and white blends. The name, Adamant, is a doublet for diamond. The tasting room is located at the east end of the Walla Walla airport.
Hours for spring, summer and fall are: Friday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm, or by appointment. In the winter tasting is by appointment only.
Wines offered are Syrah, Bordeaux, Bijoux, Merlot, Tempranillo and multiple other blends.
