Fidelitas, a boutique winery, is located on the slopes of the Red Mountain AVA. Owner and winemaker, Charlie Hoppes, is an acclaimed Columbia Valley vintner whose first crush in Washington was in 1988.
Since 2008, Charlie has produced red and white wines under the Jaguar label. All sales proceeds from these wines go directly to the local Tri-Cities Prep High School scholarship fund.
The winery also has a tasting bar, Fidelitas at Urban Enoteca, in the SODO neighborhood of Seattle. The hours of operation are Wednesday and Thursday 4pm to 9pm, Friday 4pm to 11pm, Saturday 12pm to 11pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm.
