Founded on the belief that great wines are made “one vine at a time”, Nicholas Cole Cellars sources grapes from the finest vineyard sites in the state. Owner and winemaker, Mike Neuffer, selects fruit farmed by growers dedicated to low yields, outstanding fruit expression and sustainable practices.
They are open by appointment only in the winter.
