Novelty Hill Winery is partnered with Januik Winery. The rhythm and geometries of the agricultural landscape, along with the craft, technology and patterns of wine production, together shape the architecture and landscape of the Novelty Hill and Januik Winery.
They host many events throughout the summer, such as a "Farmer's Market Dinner", "Wednesday Wine'd Down", and free pizza nights.
Their estate vineyard, Stillwater Creek, is in Washington State’s Columbia Valley. The first harvest was in 2002.
