The tasting room offers guests a relaxed environment and stunning views. The wine is served at their black granite tasting bar and the tasting list includes reserve and limited bottlings. Adjacent to the tasting room is a wood-fired oven and demonstration kitchen where cooking classes are held throughout the year.
Cafe Orsa, which offers tableside service of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and accompaniments, is open Friday, 6pm to 10pm and Saturday 12pm to 5pm. The cafe offers a happy hour Friday nights.
They offer two types of tours with guided wine tastings: a vineyard walk and tasting or a private tour and tasting. The educational and informative tour focuses on viticulture, sustainable farming and the geology of the Red Mountain AVA. The duration is about 1.5 hours.
Estate varietals include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay.
